Refund/Return Policy

Two of Hearts Boutique will only issue refunds for product(s) that are flawed or defective in the fabric, material or construction.

Exchanges will be given for the following conditions:

  1. You received the wrong order
  2. You received the wrong size.
  3. You are not 100% satisfied with the product. (Applicable to regular priced items only.) This condition requires the customer to pay for the return shipping.

If one of the following should occur, please email us within 3 days of receiving your order. Once a return or exchange is authorized please ship your item(s) in its original condition, not washed, worn, or altered, with labels and hang tags attached. Two of Hearts will reimburse for return shipping for all conditions except #3. Purchases must be returned within 14 days of receiving a return/exchange authorization. If a return is authorized, the credit card with which the item was purchased will be refunded once the item is returned to the address below.

  • Exchange items are subject to availability of merchandise. Two of Hearts boutique reserves the right to reject damaged or compromised items.
  • Sale items are a final sale. No exchanges or refunds.
